Please note that sometimes, the lender or I will charge a fee, but never without your prior, written consent. Historically, fees have been charged on only 8% of all the mortgages I have handled. 

I am affiliated with the Mortgage Group - Western Canada, British Columbia's LARGEST mortgage brokerage house. This means better leverage with the lenders, as we make them earn your business. 

I don't maintain traditional "office hours". In fact, I make myself available to my clients for questions or meetings, virtually any time.
