  • The Windsor Park area consists mostly of detached houses. It also offers some apartments on Lytton Street (the lowest prices for apartments in NV). But most are simple, comfortable bungalows along with some waterfront residences along the southern edge of Dollarton Highway.

  •
  • Windsor Park was developed mostly in the sixties. Many of the houses were built by Alcan, with open plans, flat roofs and large windows. It provides easy access to Second Narrows Bridge, for those working over town, and a suburban setting of largish lots and water views for growing families. Many cul de sacs and crescents guarantee safe streets for children.

  • The quiet slopes with their southern exposure are ideal for a relaxing lifestyle. There is easy access to the renowned Mud Flats, a bird sanctuary and nature reserve off Dollarton Highway.

  •
  • A few years ago an ice-skating rink was built on Mt Seymour Parkway at Berkley which has added to the many existing NV facilities available to residents. Currently, there are commercial buildings being built near Second Narrows Bridge.

  • One elementary school and one senior high school are situated in Windsor Park, itself.

  •

  • Price Range: from $260,000 to $1,100,000.
