  • Queensbury is one of the oldest areas on the North Shore, and for that matter in the Lower Mainland. It was once part of what was known as Moodyville, a townsite that had developed around a mill. This is a neighbourhood that has seen a lot of improvement and upgrading over the last few years.

  • Many of the smallish homes that were built at the turn of the century have disappeared, replaced by bungalows built in the forties and fifties. Quite a few of the older “character” homes remain and have been renovated. Queensbury was built on a south facing slope of land, as a result, many lots still have views of Burrard Inlet and the foreshore.
